Delivery Policy All goods are sent out once your payment goes through on our secure server. For Australian customers we send out by regular mail unless otherwise noted. For all items we can send to Post Office boxes.
For New Zealand customers we send out by either airmail or EMI.
Shipping (within Australia) All goods are sent by regular mail unless other wise stated or advised. Postage costs will vary according to the weight of items and destination. Postage costs are direct from Australia Post and do not include any handling costs from us.
Returns Policy A product can only be returned within 21 days of recieving the product, if the expiry date has been reached or if the product packaging is intact. Postage is paid by the customer and we recommend adding a delivery confirmation. After receiving the item/s in good order we will issue a credit or a refund to the credit card used for the original payment.
