What Payment Methods do you accept? Veganfood proudly accepts Visa, Mastercard, bankcards, and personal cheques or money orders under certain conditions*. Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX or Diners Club at this stage. The merchant fees are higher than for bank card, master card and visa, and since we are a new business we are trying to keep our expenses down. We will continue to monitor our customers enquiries and if there proves to be a big demand for these credit cards, we will look into expanding our service to include this facility.
(* If you are paying by cheque or money order, your order will not be shipped until the payment is received. Once I place my order, how long will it take for me to receive it? All orders are sent out of our South Coast Warehouse. Depending on where you live it may take up to 5 Business days (some areas less depending on your post code). See our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy for more details.
Can I have my order sent to a Post Office Box? Yes, We send all items in Australia via regular mail which is delivered to post boxes. See our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy.
Can I make changes to my order? Yes, Please give us as much notice as you can. We process orders as they come in (Monday to Friday) so email us with any changes on that day.
Can I pick up my order from you directly? Yes you can. Our warehouse is located on the South Coast (Jamberoo) and we can arrange to have your order sent to our Sydney office in Woollahra. Please email us for address details and appointment hours.
I didn't like a product I bought, can I return it? If the item is food and not consumed but opened then we cannot accept it because of food laws. If it is an unopeedn package and you wish to return it please send it to us with postage paid on your end, with the original receipt and we will refund the amount less shipping and handling. If it is a non-food item and unopened you can do the same, if opened we cannot accept the item back. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please choose carefully. Can I place an order from outside of Australia and New Zealand - and what are the shipping costs for posting items overseas? Yes you can. Simply by placing your order and entering your postal details the shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping costs to where ever in the world you live. Please check with your country's customs procedures for importation of food and or other items. Some countries charge duty and VAT, GST or other related costs. I am a retailer. Can I buy wholesale? Yes you can. Click on the wholesale section which appears on each page. Once signed up, please email us on wholesale@happyandhealthyfoods.com and we will convert you into a wholesale customer and you will be able to view and buy online.
