The Hippocratic Oath does not only refer to doctors when it says "First do no harm". We'd just like to add a second important principle: "Eat happy & healthy food"! Read our Mission Statement.
Having recently become vegan we have had to look long and hard to find vegan food, and so we wanted to make it readily available to all in Australia and New Zealand.
We have done extensive searching and are proud to say that we are able to import products that are not available or hard to get in the South Pacific region.
Wherever possible we bring you organic, wheat-free, gluten-free, soy-free, (although there are some items that do contain these things), no hydrogenated oils and just plain healthy foods. All our food products are GMO free. We hope you will enjoy!
